Welcome to the Eagle Point Bay Association Web Site

The name of this organization shall be the Eagle Point Bay Association, Incorporated; hereinafter referred to as the Association. The principal office of the Association shall be located in the State of Illinois, County of Johnson.

The purpose of this Association shall be:

1.    to represent the common interest of the Association members as property owners of Eagle Point Bay.

2.    to plan and implement activities related to the health, safety and general quality of life of Association members as property owners of Eagle Point Bay.

3.    to promote a sense of community among property owners of Eagle Point Bay and to encourage their membership and participation in the Association.

The Eagle Point Bay Association meetings are held at the Eagle Point Bay Association building located at 80 Spring Cove Drive, Goreville, Illinois, the first Saturday of each month (except when that Saturday falls on a holiday weekend, then it is held the following Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. Our fiscal year runs from March 1^st to February 28^th.
